If you would like to report a violation of our policies or submit a complaint, please contact our Abuse Department. The Abuse Department will handle cases such as:
Potential trademark and copyright violations.
SPAM, Phishing, Fraud and Hacking complaints.
Any proof that one of our customers has broken any of our policies.
Customers must agree to all of the following policies and agreements before using the services maintained and provided by Host Discovery.
Terms of Service
Our Terms of Service describes the terms, rules and conditions under which we operate our business. All customers must agree to the Terms of Service in order to establish an account.
Breaking the Terms of Service will result in immediate service suspension and possible service termination. If you are uncertain about anything found within our Terms of Service, please contact our Abuse Department for clarification.
Acceptable Use Policy
Our Acceptable Use Policy describes what we consider acceptable use of our services. All customers must agree to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service, in order to establish an account.

Our Privacy Policy describes the type of information we collect and how we use this information for both our customers and website visitors.
Affiliate Program Agreement
Our Affiliate Program Agreement describes the terms and conditions under which Users may participate in our Affiliate Program.
Domain Registration Agreement
Our Domain Registration Agreement describes the terms, rules and conditions under which we will register and renew a domain name for a customer. All customers purchasing a domain name registration or a hosting plan that comes with a free domain name registration must agree to this Domain Registration Agreement.
